Our Retail Operations team is at the heart of connecting with customers and communities across the country. We’re looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to partner with and support two General Managers – Retail Operations, helping them deliver excellence every day. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination and enabling the effectiveness of the leadership team.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the administrative functions for the GMs including diary management, meetings, travel arrangements, etc
Build and establish proactive relationships and networks with people across different locations, levels, and departments
Keep the team in sync by managing business rhythms and driving clear, timely communication that ensures every initiative runs like clockwork
Navigate multiple demands with ease, delivering exceptional outcomes for stakeholders through a cooperative and solutions-focused approach
Deal professionally and discretely with confidential and sensitive information/ matters
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge and experience in providing a full range of administration support functions to senior executives with strong calendar, travel and event coordination skills
Ability to think creatively and laterally and consistently show a positive attitude to work, problem solving and collaboration
Advanced organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities, planning and supporting events such as department meetings and conferences
Experience working in a demanding environment with a high attention to detail
High degree of proficiency with standard software applications e.g. MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint, MS PowerPoint
