We are looking for a skilled part-time Executive Assistant to join a non-profit organization in Charleston, South Carolina. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will support the primary Executive Assistant with a variety of administrative tasks, working approximately 20 hours per week. Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the primary Executive Assistant, ensuring smooth daily operations
Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including booking accommodations and transportation
Prepare for executive meetings by organizing materials and ensuring all details are finalized
Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations
Handle communications, including responding to emails and managing correspondence on behalf of the executive team
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive information
Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are addressed
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience in scheduling and managing calendars efficiently
Ability to coordinate travel arrangements, including booking and logistics
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
