Our client, a mission-oriented academic organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to help coordinate faculty-related activities, manage complex calendars, and support governance initiatives across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Managing calendars, inboxes, and daily priorities of the executive
coordinating and supporting leadership meetings including agenda preparation, materials, minutes, and follow‑up communication
maintaining faculty and affiliated contracts and supporting onboarding logistics
coordinating workplans and compiling reports for institutional reporting
managing academic calendars, events, and special projects
arranging domestic travel and processing expense and reconciliation requests
handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Requirements:
5+ years of administrative experience
exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines independently
strong written and verbal communication skills
high attention to detail and follow‑through
proven discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters
familiarity with academic, nonprofit, or mission‑driven environments
