We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership in a fast-paced business environment in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This position plays a central role in keeping priorities organized, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly across multiple business interests. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong organizational ability, and a proactive approach to managing executive needs with professionalism and urgency.
Job Responsibility:
Manage demanding executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and adjust schedules quickly to address changing business needs
Coordinate domestic and international travel plans, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
Organize meetings and special events by securing venues, confirming logistics, and preparing schedules for attendees
Provide administrative support to senior executives, including the chairman and owner, while maintaining discretion and efficiency
Help oversee administrative activities across multiple business entities to keep communication, scheduling, and follow-through aligned
Anticipate time-sensitive requests and respond promptly to last-minute changes, including occasional evening or weekend support when required
Support general office and business operations by tracking priorities, following up on action items, and helping leadership stay focused on key objectives
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience supporting executives in an administrative, business operations, or office management capacity
Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Hands-on experience arranging business travel and handling logistics with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong background in scheduling meetings, coordinating executive events, and maintaining organized workflows
Ability to support more than one business function or entity while remaining adaptable in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism when working with senior leadership
Willingness to work a permanent Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend needs
