We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within a healthcare-affiliated organization in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented administrative specialist who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can keep executive operations organized, efficient, and on schedule. Job Responsibility
Provide dedicated administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring day-to-day activities are organized and executed smoothly
Oversee busy executive calendars by coordinating appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and aligning meeting priorities
Handle travel coordination from booking arrangements to itinerary preparation and expense submission, including use of expense management tools
Develop and format business correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting documents for leadership review and use
Manage meeting logistics by scheduling sessions, preparing agendas and materials, tracking action items, and supporting follow-up activities
Safeguard sensitive business information and exercise sound judgment when handling confidential communications and records
Assist with special assignments and contribute to broader office support needs as priorities shift
Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems so documents and records remain accessible and well organized
Requirements
Prior experience supporting executives or senior leaders in an executive assistant or advanced administrative capacity
Demonstrated success managing complex calendars, meeting coordination, and shifting priorities in a detail-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across leadership levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience coordinating business travel and processing expenses
familiarity with Concur is preferred
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and respond effectively in a fast-paced setting
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and a careful approach to confidential information
