We are working with a leading UK technology business to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant on a 14-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This is a part-time role supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll provide high-level, confidential support to senior executives, ensuring their time, communication, and priorities are managed effectively while supporting wider business operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex diaries, meetings, and scheduling for senior executives
Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and board documentation
Oversee inbox management, communications, and stakeholder coordination
Support strategic projects, tracking deadlines and deliverables
Assist with board governance, meeting minutes, and action tracking
Coordinate company events, travel, and logistics
Manage administrative processes, documentation, and systems
Provide ad hoc support across leadership and HR when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an EA supporting senior leadership
Strong diary, inbox, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised, proactive, and able to handle changing priorities
Excellent communication and document preparation skills
Discreet, professional, and confident working with confidential information
