Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain complex calendars
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and events
Schedule conference rooms, AV support, catering, and manage guest check-in
Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground service, dinner reservations, and other necessary items
Manage, track, and submit expenses for team members
Prepare and print presentations, memos, documents, and booklets
Provide coverage to other executives when necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of related admin experience
Prior experience supporting senior executives at an investment firm preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience coordinating and booking travel preferred
