We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in a contract‑to‑hire capacity. This structure offers the opportunity for both the executive and the EA to ensure a strong long‑term fit before converting to permanent employment. The ideal candidate excels at anticipating needs, managing complex priorities, and operating as a trusted partner who keeps operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and competing priorities
Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Prepare agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and track action items
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Coordinate executive travel, itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting
Support preparation for meetings, presentations, and events
Monitor deadlines and maintain a forward-looking view of priorities
Assist with special initiatives, research, and project coordination
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation systems
Support office coordination needs, vendor communication, and technology requests
Assist with onboarding tasks, communication distributions, and process tracking
Anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively identify solutions
Streamline administrative and operational processes where possible
Act as a trusted partner and sounding board, keeping work aligned with priorities
Requirements:
Proven experience supporting a senior leader or executive (C-suite preferred)
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and project‑management skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion, integrity, and judgment
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
