The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership by managing schedules, communications, travel, and confidential information.
Job Responsibility:
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and executive projects
Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
High school diploma or associate degree
2+ years of administrative or executive support experience
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Nice to have:
Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership
Advanced Microsoft Office or presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
