Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership
Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries
Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and agendas
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Coordinate meetings, board materials, and follow-up action items
Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and anticipate leadership needs
Experience in a corporate, government, or fast-paced professional setting preferred
