Boutique hotel chain is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Owner. The role will assist with all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional communication skills.
Job Responsibility
Provide direct administrative support to the owner, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating appointments
Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, document management, and general administrative tasks
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly, delivering exceptional customer service
Keep executive on time and task, and assist with meeting prep
Manage multi-line phone systems
Support office operations which includes filing, data entry and clerical tasks
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to support daily operations and reporting
Support special projects and other business initiatives as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative, executive assistant, personal assistant, or related support role preferred
3+ years of experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Experience managing calendars and scheduling using Outlook or similar platforms
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Professional demeanor, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
