Job Responsibility:
Managing complex calendars and preventing scheduling conflicts
coordinating meetings with detailed logistics such as conference room setups, technology needs, and materials preparation
arranging domestic and international travel and producing clear itineraries
handling phone and email communication while building strong relationships with internal and external contacts
maintaining databases and entering key relationship information
assisting with research using internal systems
supporting company events and providing backup coverage to other administrative staff
operating standard office equipment while performing additional tasks to support ongoing business needs
Requirements:
3+ years of administrative experience
strong skills in calendar, travel, and expense management
proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
strong judgment, resourcefulness, and proactive problem-solving abilities
excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
