Job Description:

Experienced Executive Assistant for onsite role in Honolulu, Hawaii requiring outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and digital proficiency skills to support executives and contribute to streamlined workflows

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive(s)
Handle correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and timeliness
Implement and support digital tools or automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency across teams
Create reports, presentations, and other documentation per executive requests
Liaise with multiple departments and provide administrative support for cross-functional projects
Organize onsite logistics for meetings, including venue setup and technology needs

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and corresponding digital tools
High confidentiality standards and a proactive service mindset
Strong digital fluency, including proficiency in CRM platforms and workflow automation tools
Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to shifting responsibilities
Solid communication, organizational, and time-management abilities necessary for an executive-level role

Nice to have:

Preference given to Hawaii residents
Candidates already residing in Hawaii
