The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the client by managing schedules, monitoring and responding to emails, organizing materials for meetings, and ensuring key initiatives progress efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Efficiently and promptly resolve any scheduling conflicts and keep the client's calendar updated
Prioritize and manage the client's email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
Field and prioritize incoming calls, providing detailed messages as necessary
Ensure all necessary materials for meetings are prepared and organized in advance
Act as a liaison between the client and both internal and external contacts, maintaining efficient communication
Monitor the progression of key initiatives and projects, ensuring they are advancing as planned
Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, file management, and handling confidential information with discretion
Utilize calendaring skills to manage and maintain schedules
Coordinate meetings, confirming availability and preparations with other Executive Assistants and attendees
Requirements:
3+ years of administrative support
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
Experience with calendaring, scheduling, email management, meeting coordination
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
Knowledge of efficient office procedures and practices
