We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide exceptional operational, administrative, and executive-level support to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The successful candidate will manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and confidential correspondence. The ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain discretion, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment is essential.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level executive support to the SLT, including drafting confidential correspondence, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items
Lead the creation, collation, and timely distribution of board packs, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing informed recommendations
Proactively manage the Managing Director’s diary, inbox, and expenses
Uphold strict confidentiality and support informed decision-making using secure communication channels
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills, able to simplify complex information and influence effectively
Proven experience supporting senior leaders or SLT executives, including complex diary, travel, expenses and confidential correspondence management
Experience producing accurate, timely board packs, reports and briefings
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
