Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment while serving as a trusted partner to leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
  • Manage correspondence, screen calls, and respond to inquiries with professionalism
  • Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and special projects
  • Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with operational initiatives and process improvement efforts as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Healthcare or regulated-industry experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle competing priorities with professionalism and confidentiality
