The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment while serving as a trusted partner to leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
Manage correspondence, screen calls, and respond to inquiries with professionalism
Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and special projects
Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion
Assist with operational initiatives and process improvement efforts as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Healthcare or regulated-industry experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to handle competing priorities with professionalism and confidentiality
