Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of executive functions, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including diary management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of executives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation
  • Organise internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Act as a key point of contact between executives, staff, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support project coordination and follow-ups on key action items
  • Assist with event planning, including company meetings and stakeholder engagements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a corporate or industrial environment is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with document management and reporting
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
