Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO's office and providing vital support to the Marketing & Project Growth Leader. This role ensures the smooth operation of leadership functions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the CEO's diary, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Prepare reports and presentations
Handle organisational correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality
Track deadlines and spot inefficiencies
Coordinate tasks for various projects
Organise room bookings, venues, and refreshments for meetings and events
Assist the CEO with personal travel, appointments, and family events
Prepare agendas, papers, and minutes for Board meetings
Assist with newsletters, social media management, and marketing events logistics

Requirements:

4+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Exceptional organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively
A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail
