Job Description:

Provide executive administrative support to a high-level Executive in our Woonsocket, Rhode Island office. The Executive Assistant directly supports the Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness and will indirectly support 1-2 members of the PCW HR team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively managing/coordinating daily schedule/calendar, contacts, travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and seminars
  • Arrange and schedule numerous meetings
  • maintain and update calendar
  • Arrange travel and all accommodations including comprehensive itineraries
  • Process reimbursement and expense reports
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication
  • Responsible for excellence in complex meeting/event preparation
  • Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding of employees and consultants
  • Manage general office and administrative tasks
  • Manage department files
  • Edit presentations, agendas, spreadsheets, communications, databases, and reports
  • Prioritize and track deliverables, manage project timelines, deadlines and requests
  • Participate in meetings, take notes and disseminate information
  • Manage special projects as designated

Requirements:

  • 10+ years administrative experience supporting senior leadership
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience maintaining executive’s phone, calendar, work and travel schedules using Microsoft Outlook
  • Must live in a commutable distance of Woonsocket, RI
