Our client, a boutique operational design consulting firm specializing in healthcare operations strategy, is seeking a proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant for an initial 6-month contract (2 to 3 days per week). Operating in a flexible hybrid model, this role requires just 1 onsite collaboration day per week (Tuesdays) at a beautiful office in Toronto, with the remaining 1 to 2 days worked remotely. Daily working hours are highly manageable, typically structured from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or 5:00 pm. Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, this is a unique, high-impact opportunity to act as a core operational anchor. Because this is the firm’s first-ever Executive Assistant role, the team is looking for a senior administrative professional who excels at “managing up” and can proactively guide a driven, visionary leader on how to best leverage executive support.

Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator, with an asset path supporting senior leadership in a professional services, consulting, or entrepreneurial environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and confidence troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and virtual platform issues
Comfort dealing with baseline financial documents, including an ability to assist with payroll coordination and review month-end accounting reports
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with a sharp eye for presentation, design, and detail when polishing client deliverables or memos
Self-motivated and resourceful, with the confidence to proactively manage up, guide executive workflows, and keep pace with a fast-moving, idea-focused leader
A highly dependable and professional character with an established track record of handling proprietary or sensitive corporate information appropriately
