Job Responsibility

  • Calendar & inbox management: prioritize requests, draft responses, surface what matters most
  • Prepare meeting briefs, track action items, and ensure no follow-ups are missed
  • Plan and book seamless travel & lifestyle logistics (flights, hotels, restaurants, itineraries)
  • Act as gatekeeper & communicator with senior stakeholders
  • Summarize information (emails, decks, reports) into concise digests
  • Reduce friction across the business — keeping execution and priorities aligned

Requirements

  • Located in İzmir or Istanbul
  • 3–5+ years experience as an EA, Chief of Staff, or similar role (preferably in startups/tech)
  • Able to travel without restrictions
  • Fluent English communication
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, inboxes, and high-stakes meetings
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail — zero dropped balls
  • Proactive, anticipatory, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable handling both professional and lifestyle logistics (travel, restaurants, trip planning)
  • Tech-savvy: Notion, Google Workspace, Slack (bonus: Looker)
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to represent co-founders with investors/partners
