The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to attorneys and senior management in a law firm. With a foundation in Marketing, this role not only facilitates efficient daily operations but also assists in client relations, firm branding, and digital communication initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and prepare meeting materials for attorneys and senior staff
Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and legal documents
Maintain client files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Support billing, invoicing, and time management processes for attorneys
Organize firm events, seminars, and networking activities, leveraging marketing expertise
Assist with internal and external communications, including newsletters, social media posts, or website updates
Liaise between clients, external partners, and firm management to ensure seamless communication
Conduct market research and compile reports to support business development and marketing strategies
Support the firm’s branding and public relations initiatives in collaboration with marketing staff
Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting
Implement office procedures to promote efficiency and a positive firm culture
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (required)
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
Strong marketing and communication skills, with understanding of branding, digital platforms, and client engagement
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing-related software/tools
Professional demeanor, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills
