We are seeking a smart, organized, and confident Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and assist in client coordination. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to learn, highly communicative, and comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Assist senior leaders with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and daily coordination
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, presentations, and follow-ups
Handle professional email communication on behalf of leadership when required
Act as a point of contact for clients and external partners for scheduling and coordination
Draft and respond to emails, messages, and basic documentation with clarity and professionalism
Support smooth coordination for client meetings, calls, and visits
Assist with travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs) and itinerary preparation
Support internal meetings, client events, and office activities
Coordinate with vendors for travel, events, and admin-related services
Maintain trackers, MIS reports, and records using Excel or Google Sheets
Organize documents, data, and internal records accurately
Support billing coordination and basic invoice tracking
Assist with office coordination, inventory tracking, and vendor follow-ups
Support onboarding and admin induction activities for new joiners
Provide general administrative and coordination support to teams
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
0–3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
Good interpersonal skills with a client-facing attitude
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
