The Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the two owners and assist their property managers with day-to-day property management operations. This role requires someone who can multitask, take initiative, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Provide direct administrative support to the two owners
Assist property managers with tenant and property-related matters
Coordinate rent collection and follow up on outstanding balances re residential properties
Handle tenant communications and resolve property-related issues
Assist with eviction processes (training provided if needed)
Prepare and manage legal documents related to evictions
Perform e-filing in state court (required)
Maintain organized records and documentation
Ensure accuracy in all tasks to avoid costly errors
Requirements
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, or in Property Management
Knowledge of eviction processes preferred (training available)
Experience with e-filing in state court strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
