Job Description

You'll also ensure our office space is welcoming and conducive to focused work while supporting community events and team retreats. This role combines executive assistance with broader operational support. You'll be the person who makes things happen—whether big and exciting or relatively routine—organizing, prioritizing, and executing on a diverse set of tasks. You'll work closely with the CTO to track and prioritize their time, liaise with partners on administrative tasks, and support recruiting efforts across all teams.

  • Ensure our office space is welcoming and conducive to focused work by greeting guests, ordering supplies, and coordinating repairs/installations
