Job Responsibility

  • Act as the CXX’s right-hand, managing schedules, priorities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Handle complex calendar management and coordinate both domestic and international travel logistics
  • Draft, proofread, and send high-level internal and external communications
  • Organize meetings, conferences, offsites, and other events, including handling tech needs and logistics
  • Maintain sensitive business documents and information with the highest level of discretion
  • Serve as the primary liaison with key executives, partners, and high-profile guests
  • Monitor project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve issues, prioritizing requests and flagging risks

Requirements

  • 4+ years supporting senior executives in high-growth industries like media, tech, or venture capital
  • Ability to operate with professionalism, urgency, and confidentiality at all times
  • Comfortable working in both boardrooms and creative environments, managing competing priorities under pressure
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and always ten steps ahead of the game
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, Dropbox, and Adobe Office Suite
  • Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
  • Willing to work evenings/weekends as needed
