The Executive Assistant will support a department head at a privately owned real estate company that develops, owns, and manages sustainable and diversified properties and investments.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and schedule all meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Provide support during meetings by creating agendas, taking meeting minutes, and handling logistics
Proofread, answer, and compose routine correspondences
Perform general clerical duties
manage incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, copying, printing, faxing, filing, data entry and maintaining an organized office
Work on ad hoc and special projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years of experience supporting a high-level executive
Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage calendars and effectively maintain records and files
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
