Our client, a small boutique hedge fund with a five-person office in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support a New York-based Co-Founder, a Chicago-based Executive, and a principal. The office is currently undergoing a renovation, requiring flexibility to work both onsite and remotely. Once the office reopens, the role will be onsite three days per week, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and an hourly rate of up to $50.

Requirements:
Experience working in a small, fast-moving environment with limited structure
Experience working cross-functionally with other Executive Assistants
Comfortable with in-person communication and updates via Slack
Experience with domestic travel booking
Experience with expense reporting in Concur
Experience with calendar management in Outlook
Experience coordinating between teams (e.g., Design Lead and Contract Manager) by handling payments, making decisions, and checking on progress
