We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to leadership in a permanent, onsite role based in Virginia. Job Responsibility:
Manage complex executive calendars, aligning meetings, appointments, and shifting priorities to support daily business needs
Coordinate onsite and virtual meetings, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up actions
Arrange business travel and related itineraries, ensuring plans are accurate, efficient, and well organized
Serve as a point of contact for vendors and external partners, helping maintain timely communication and coordination
Support project execution by tracking timelines, organizing deliverables, and assisting with cross-functional follow-through
Monitor project-related budgets and expenses, helping leadership stay informed on costs and resource use
Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Provide direct administrative support to senior leadership while handling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or closely related administrative support role
Prior experience supporting senior executives or general management leadership
Strong ability to manage calendars, meeting schedules, and travel coordination with a high level of accuracy
Demonstrated background in project coordination, including tracking activities and assisting with budget oversight
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
Strong communication and vendor coordination skills in a detail-focused business environment
