We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
Job Responsibility:
Provide direct administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
Serve as a key point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Manage expense reports and assist with budgeting or invoice processing as needed
Organize meetings, agendas, and take meeting notes when required
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Support special projects and assist with follow‑up on action items
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional
Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently
Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
