Our client, a global private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their organization. They are looking for an individual who has excellent organizational and time management skills, who thrives and can prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The hours are 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. with flexibility for overtime. This role is hybrid, with four days onsite in El Segundo, CA and one remote.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to 10 executives on the Credit team, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination
Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and handle related logistics
Manage expense reporting and reconciliations through Concur
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets with strong attention to detail
Coordinate team meetings and events
Collaborate with other assistants to ensure seamless communication and coverage
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
7-10+ years of executive assistant experience, ideally within financial services
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal tact
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
familiarity with Concur preferred
