Job Description:

Our client is an investment company seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Responsibilities include managing the executive's calendar, correspondence, reports, and facilitating office efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manages emails, calls, and correspondence
  • prepares reports and presentations
  • coordinates meetings, travel, and expenses
  • acts as a liaison, drafting and proofreading business communications
  • maintains the executive’s calendar
  • oversees projects
  • ensures office efficiency
  • handles sensitive information with discretion
  • secures confidential documents
  • assists with research, data analysis, and other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain a professional demeanor.
