Highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced professional environment. This role requires strong calendar management, discretion, and the ability to anticipate executive needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex executive calendars across multiple stakeholders
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Prepare and submit expense reports
Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and executive events
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information
Prioritize competing demands and manage shifting deadlines
Requirements:
3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
Experience coordinating travel and expense reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Professional presence and strong problem-solving skills
