Job Description

Our client, a global leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking an Executive Assistant for a 3-month temporary contract assignment in Dorval to cover a leave. In this highly trusted role, you will support a Vice President and their leadership team by managing complex calendars, coordinating daily activities, and organizing travel arrangements. You will act as a key point of contact, communicating on behalf of the VP and leaders with executive management and various corporate organizations. Bilingual communication (FR/ENG) is required because, as part of your duties, you will be expected to communicate with English-speaking clients, partners, and employees located outside of Quebec on a daily basis. Start Date Immediate (ASAP). Salary Competitive hourly pay rate between $38/hr and $55/hr, flexible based on experience. Work Structure Full-time position, 5 days per week on-site (in office) at the Dorval Administrative Center.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel arrangements for the Vice President and their leadership team
  • Coordinate daily operations, assess and manage critical business priorities, and schedule meetings
  • Draft and prepare internal and external correspondence, memos, and reports in both French and English according to required formats
  • Prepare and consolidate expense reports and actively assist with budgetary tracking and financial documentation
  • Create required presentations, update organizational charts, and actively participate in special projects and recognition activities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise impeccable judgment regarding all sensitive corporate information

Requirements

  • College degree in office technology, administration, or an equivalent field
  • Minimum of 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience as a senior administrative assistant
  • Solid and proven experience working within a corporate office environment is strictly required
  • Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, in fluent French and English
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Outstanding interpersonal relations, teamwork mindset, dynamism, and strong organizational capabilities
