Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize scheduling needs
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reporting
  • Support special projects, event planning, and administrative initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
