Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive in Atlanta, Georgia. This long-term contract position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to key initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and coordinate the executive's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Plan and oversee logistics for meetings, events, and press engagements, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared in advance
  • Draft and edit speeches, formal communications, memos, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and demonstrate professionalism at all times
  • Track and monitor progress on key initiatives, providing regular updates on deadlines and activities
  • Provide general administrative support, including expense reporting, document filing, and maintaining office supply inventories
  • Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication on behalf of the executive

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Strong proficiency in managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft precise and well-structured documents and correspondence
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with event planning and coordination is an advantage
