Job Responsibility:
Manage telephone system and handle all incoming and outgoing calls and emails
Act as the first point of contact for external clients and internal departments
Calendar management and scheduling
Appointment booking
Handle travel arrangements and intenerates
Meeting preparation
Recording meeting minutes
Invoicing and expense reports
Database management (electronic and paper)
Data entry
Requirements:
2 + years of administrative experience
Excellent communication, written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office
