This role delivers high‑level executive administrative support to the General Manager and the Executive Office, requiring prior experience supporting senior leadership and the ability to anticipate executive needs in a dynamic hospitality environment. Serving as an extension of the Executive, the Executive Assistant manages confidential information with the highest level of discretion, exercises sound judgment, and ensures seamless coordination of executive priorities, communications, and administrative operations in alignment with Marriott’s core values and service culture.
Job Responsibility:
Greet persons entering the office, determine the nature and purpose of visits, and direct or escort them to the appropriate destination
Open, read, prioritize, and prepare responses to routine correspondence
Take, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up communications
Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain organized electronic and paper-based filing systems
Prepare letters, memoranda, presentations, and reports
Enter, retrieve, and update information in computer databases
Operate standard office equipment
Document and communicate all guest requests or complaints to appropriate departments
Follow all company policies and procedures
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
