Job Responsibility
Providing administrative support to the General Manager of the North American business unit and the team
Managing emails and calendars
Preparing documents for meetings
Reviewing, editing, and translating documents
Travel arrangements and logistics: planning business trips and booking workspaces (in Montreal and at group offices)
Expense accounts: reconciling credit card statements and tracking travel
External relations support: follow-ups after meetings and external outreach
Collaborating with the team of administrative assistants to coordinate the activities of the Executive Committee and governance bodies
Managing purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices in SAP
Requirements
A Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in office administration or secretarial studies will be considered an asset
10 years of experience as an administrative assistant
Excellent command of spoken and written French
bilingualism required
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset
Excellent command of French and very good command of spoken and written English are essential
