Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive-level documents
Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Organize and support meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up action items
Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
Monitor deadlines, prioritize requests, and ensure executives are prepared for upcoming commitments
Support special projects and assist with office coordination as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives or leadership teams
Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business systems
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to shifting priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support
Nice to have:
