Job Description

Our client, a private equity firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to join their team for a three-month assignment. This position will start as soon as possible and will operate on an in-office schedule between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm, five days a week. Compensation is up to $50/hour DOE.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and communications
  • Provide high-level administrative support to partners and team members
  • Assist with travel coordination where applicable
  • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and efficiency opportunities
  • Support additional team members with lighter administrative needs
  • Handle day-to-day office and executive assistant responsibilities including lunch coordination and ad hoc tasks

Requirements

  • 3+ years of EA or administrative experience
  • Experience supporting senior executives or partners
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to operate independently and in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
