Our client, a private equity firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to join their team for a three-month assignment. This position will start as soon as possible and will operate on an in-office schedule between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm, five days a week. Compensation is up to $50/hour DOE.
Job Responsibility
Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple senior stakeholders
Coordinate meetings, logistics, and communications
Provide high-level administrative support to partners and team members
Assist with travel coordination where applicable
Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and efficiency opportunities
Support additional team members with lighter administrative needs
Handle day-to-day office and executive assistant responsibilities including lunch coordination and ad hoc tasks
Requirements
3+ years of EA or administrative experience
Experience supporting senior executives or partners
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to operate independently and in ambiguous environments
