Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level executive support for meetings, travel, itinerary, telephone coverage, mail handling, processing of letters/correspondence, maintaining files, events/meeting planning, and other department activities
Proactively manage and maintain a busy and ever-changing calendar
Organize and prioritize a large volume of information requests and calls
Research and resolve complex issues on a recurring and nonrecurring basis
Oversee and manage special events or projects
Aid in the production of departmental reports, presentations, and general documents
File notes from company meetings/conference calls
Assist with research for analysts as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
4-8 years of previous high level EA support
Experience within financial services a must
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and conference room databases
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
