We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing confidential information while supporting executive priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing and responding as appropriate
Coordinate meetings, events, and executive initiatives
Assist with project coordination, special assignments, and follow-up tasks
Maintain organized filing systems and executive records
Requirements:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
