Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to C-suite executives, including the CEO, CFO, and HR leader, in a dynamic healthcare environment. This long-term contract position is based in Manassas, Virginia, and requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth executive operations and fostering collaboration across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the primary liaison between executives and board members, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit executive correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy
  • Coordinate and manage executive meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics
  • Develop and distribute newsletters and other communications using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, and SharePoint
  • Oversee the reception area and supervise support staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents
  • Assist in tracking organizational metrics and driving accountability for executive-level priorities
  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Support the growth and operational efficiency of the organization by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience providing administrative support to C-suite executives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrated experience in creating newsletters and managing communication platforms like WordPress
  • Ability to act as a liaison between board members and executives, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
