Coordinated communications between staff, clients, and external stakeholders

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 plus years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Expert-level calendar management and scheduling coordination abilities
Strong travel planning and logistics coordination experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels
Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
