Seeking an Assistant to support three executives in the Digital and Social Media Marketing team., providing administrative support to three executives (1 SVP and 2 VPs) in Digital and Social Media
Job Responsibility:
Answer phones, schedule meetings, organize schedules, handle expense reports, make travel arrangements, gather mail, arrange couriers, and various other administrative tasks
Provide office support for the department, which includes ordering supplies and materials, equipment, and furniture, troubleshooting with IT, messenger/courier, and other various administrative needs
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of administrative assistant experience in television or production preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to interact and communicate with a wide variety of personalities, and demonstrate professionalism and confidence
Able to prioritize assignments, work in a very fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice to have:
Previous experience working in the Entertainment industry
