Job Description

Seeking an Assistant to support three executives in the Digital and Social Media Marketing team., providing administrative support to three executives (1 SVP and 2 VPs) in Digital and Social Media

Job Responsibility

  • Answer phones, schedule meetings, organize schedules, handle expense reports, make travel arrangements, gather mail, arrange couriers, and various other administrative tasks
  • Provide office support for the department, which includes ordering supplies and materials, equipment, and furniture, troubleshooting with IT, messenger/courier, and other various administrative needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative assistant experience in television or production preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with a wide variety of personalities, and demonstrate professionalism and confidence
  • Able to prioritize assignments, work in a very fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice to have

Previous experience working in the Entertainment industry
