Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the executive
Prioritize and filter incoming requests to optimize the executive's time
Ensure effective coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Provide operational and administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day workflow
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-Level roles
Strong background in large, multinational or highly structured corporate environments
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
