We are seeking a highly polished, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing complex schedules, handling confidential information, and serving as a trusted partner to executives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other executive-level documents
Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams
Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing matters with discretion and urgency
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism
Track action items, deadlines, and key deliverables for executive leadership
Support special projects, event planning, and cross-functional initiatives
Help streamline administrative processes and improve executive workflow efficiency
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of executive support or senior administrative experience preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under pressure
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
