We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership and help manage strategic administrative priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders
Coordinate confidential communications and sensitive documentation
Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items for leadership
Support special projects and executive-level initiatives
Requirements:
3+ years of executive support experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional discretion, judgment, and professionalism
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
