Job Responsibility:
Coordinate internal and external meetings with finesse, ensuring agendas are set and minutes are taken
Provide top-notch administrative support to our senior leadership team
Manage schedules, communications and travel arrangements with precision
Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Proactively anticipate the needs of the Managing Partner and Non-Executive Director
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at Board level
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
